About Andrew Alder Associates:
Andrew Alder Associates Limited provides an extensive range of Health, Safety, Principal Designer and CDM Services for commercial and domestic clients.
Based in the small market town of Wantage, our small Oxfordshire based practice has provided Principal Designer / Advisor, Health, Safety and CDM Services for many projects of varying scales for over 25 years.
Meet The Team:
Andrew Alder
Director, Health and Safety Consultant & Principal Designer
Cert IOSH IMaPS FIIRSM MCIOB
Andrew is an experienced specialist consultant, with over 30 years of history in health and safety. In February 2000 Andrew started Andrew Alder Associates Limited, he has since developed the company into a successful business that has holds many thriving long lasting business relationships with a wide range of companies in and out of the construction industry. Andrew is often out on site with Clients and enjoys face to face time with operatives on site. In his spare time Andrew is an avid Beekeeper and makes his own honey.
Taylor King
Office Manager
Taylor has worked at AAA for 8 years, her first job after turning 18. She had many roles in that time but now keeps the office running while Andrew is out on site. Everything from dealing with Client inquiries, to checking documentation and invoicing is part of her day to day role. Taylor loves problem solving and enjoys helping Clients. In her free time Taylor enjoys horse riding and reading.
Tom Alder
Junior Office Assistant
Tom has been with us for just under three years. Tom’s role consists of preparing documentation such as Construction Phase Plans and Health and Safety files making sure they are up to our high standard. He also ensures that we are all replenished with cups of tea throughout the day. Tom always bring a smiles to the office with his cheeky personality and aspires to a career in agriculture specializing in health and safety.
Rosie Alder
Office Support
Rosie is our resident office dog. Now turning 3 has been in the office since a puppy. She loves to excitedly parade her toys around the office and can often be found sleeping on Taylor’s Lap while she works. On her weekends she enjoys beating with Tom and sleeping by the fire.

Our work ranges from undertaking monthly site health and safety audits, providing site specific construction phase plans, tailoring health and safety policies to specific company needs, creating risk assessments and method statements to carrying out interactive training sessions with both large groups and one-on-one.
In today’s construction industry company’s obtaining accreditations by recognized bodies has become increasingly vital, we have adapted our approach to these ever-changing requirements ensuring our clients have a wealth of resources to ensure they meet the necessary requirements to achieve these accreditations.
